<text>Octavia Hill Association:
The Financial Committee asks the attention of the stockholders of the Octavia Hill Association to the reference in the Annual Report to mortgages aggregating $16,100 on the North Front Street and North Third Street properties, the annual interest payments on which amount to $899.49. It is important that this drain upon the income of the Association shall be reduced or wiped out, and an urgent appeal is made for an increase in their holdings by present stockholders and the purchase of stock by those who are interested in the work of the Association.
